Submission

Please follow the steps below.

1. Please download the application form , and fill in the form for reservation application and abstract submission.
2. Please send the form to the contact address of this Website via e-mail, not later than 25 January 2015. Due to the capacity limitation, all the reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. The exact amount of the registration fee and accommodation expenses should be informed by the organizer. The total amount has to be transferred to the bank account specified below, until 6 February 2015. The Nishi-Nippon City Bank, Ltd., Ohashiekimae Branch, 1-2-12 Ohashi, Minami-ku, Fukuoka, account number, 3049289, account name , Daiyonjuhachikaitikakukorokiumusewaninkai, SWIFT code, NISIJPJT. Those who have difficulty in doing this should consult the organizer.

Key Dates

• 25 January 2015 Extended until 1 February 2015: Deadline for reservation application and abstract submission.
• 6 February 2015: Participation fee and accommodation expenses have to be transferred to the specified bank account until the date.

Presentations

• Lecture, poster, and demonstration sessions will be organized.
• Bring your own computer and an appropriate connecting adaptor/cable if necessary, when you are allotted to a lecture presentation. Only a video projector with VGA connections, a screen, and loudspeakers will be prepared by the organizer.
• The space for each poster is going to be 180 cm wide and 210 cm tall.
