13 February 2023: The 59th Perceptual Frontier Seminar (PFS) is held with Profs. Spencer Kelly and Yukari Hirata as invited talkers.


17 and 18 December 2022: ASJ Auditory Research Meeting, including the invited lecture by Prof. Valter Ciocca and English sessions, was held in Ohashi campus.


10 December 2022: A Japanese textbook of Perceptual Psychology has been published with the intensive collaboration of the members.


1 October 2022: Professors Ken-ichi SAWAI and Tama KANEMATSU have joined. Thank you!


1 July 2021: Professor Hsin-Ni HO has joined! Thank you!


1 April 2021: Two new members have joined: Professor Hitoshige Takeichi and Dr. Alexandra Wolf. Thank you for joining!


5 January 2021: The Annual Report 2019-2020 has been published online.


26 February 2020: Due to the COVID-19 problem, the Poster-Symposium was called off. We switched the event into a virtual one.


15 December 2019: The Auditory Research Meeting was held in 14 and 15 December.


12 December 2019: The anouncement about "Yoshitaka Memorial Poster-Symposium" on 14 March 2020 is opend.


16 April 2018: "The 39th Perceptual Frontier Seminar: Motion, Model, and Perception" took place with Dr. Wataru Suzuki, RIKEN.


5 March 2018: "The 38th Perceptual Frontier Seminar: Music, Culture, and Brain" took place with Professor Rie Matsunaga, Kanagawa Univ.


7 February 2018: "The 37th Perceptual Frontier Seminar: Perceptual Restration and Continuity" takes place with Professor Valter Ciocca, UBC, Canada.


11 January 2018: "Post-Symposium of the 33rd Annual Meeting of the International Society for Psychophysics: Perception and the Brain" takes place in Ohashi Campus, Kyushu University.


20 December 2017: Joint seminar of five senses takes place in Nishijin Plaza, Kyushu University.


22-26 October 2017: Fechner Day 2017 (the 33rd Annual Meeting of the International Society for Psychophysics) is decided to take place in Fukuoka!


16 October 2017: the 36th Perceptual Frontier Seminar: Practice Sessions for Fechner Day 2017.


3 August 2017: the 35th Perceptual Frontier Seminar: Distorted Time and Human Communication.
